LADY MRD

With launch in 2015, superyacht LADY MRD (ex LADY M, BY 004) is a beautiful 42-metre Crystal 140′ series vessel, constructed by the prestigious Italian builder, Benetti. With naval architecture by the yard’s in-house team, luxury yacht LADY MRD features exterior design by Stefano Righini, while her interior design is by Francois Zuretti.

Built in composite, Benetti Crystal 140′ superyacht LADY MRD is fitted with twin Caterpillar C32 Acert diesels, giving her a maximum speed of 15 knots and a cruising speed of 14 knots. ABS classed and MCA compliant, the vessel features a beam of 9,05m (29’69”) and a maximum draft of 2,28m (7’48”).

EXTERIOR

The lower deck swim platform is ideal for sunbathing beside the water, and becomes an extension of the beach club for lazy days in the sunshine and shade. Two stairways lead up to the main deck aft, where there is a C-shaped sofa and two coffee tables along the stern.

Side walkways lead to stairs to the foredeck, and the main deck aft also has a starboard stairways to the upper deck aft, where sofas and armchairs around coffee tables make a casual outdoor extension of the beautiful skylounge. The extensive foredeck offers a C-shaped sofa and two drinks tables along with two large forward sunbeds for sweeping views throughout the day.

The sundeck features and abundance of sunbeds forward and aft, the latter area also fitted with a large Jacuzzi. Forward of the Jacuzzi is a seating area with drinks tables and room for sun loungers on both sides, an alfresco dining table to seat 12 amidships and a wet bar in front for quick and efficient service.

INTERIOR

The lower deck layout places the crew accommodation and mess forward, followed by the guest accommodation amidships, the engine room behind followed by the tender garage, and lastly the beach club with bar and day head in the stern.

The Master suite is forward on the main deck and connects through to a starboard foyer, while the spacious galley occupies the port section amidships. Both lead through to the formal dining area, which seats 10 guests around a grand table for memorable meals whatever the occasion. The main salon is also a part of this open-plan environment and comes with sofas and armchairs placed around a central coffee table, with and additional cosy seating area aft to starboard consisting of two armchairs and a side table, with a bar opposite.

The upper deck helm station comes with sofas for guests to watch the action as the Captain pulls in to port. The amidships area contains the Captain’s cabin and foyer, the latter leading into the aft skylounge where the serene environment offers a wet bar, side tables and a sofa and armchairs facing a widescreen TV on the forward wall.
