SAFIRA

Launched in 2013, the superyacht SAFIRA features exterior design by Murray & Associates, she was built by New Castle Marine in collaboration with Tyneside Yachts and measures 39m (129ft).

A main attribute throughout the fine yacht, is the ecofriendly detail both on the interior and exterior.

Interior design is that of Michael David & Associates and boasts a harmonious combination of modern chic, art deco and traditional classic. The main salon is open and airy with the lounge aft and fine dining forward. Further forward, the master stateroom is on the main deck, offering a full beam layout, king size bed, sofa, vanity and en-suite with deluxe bath and oversized shower.

On the starboard side, an intricate sweeping stairway leads to the guest gym, pilot house and stylish sky lounge, complete with wet bar.

Exterior living aboard the M/Y SAFIRA is ample and continues to embrace the modern and sustainable approach. The main deck aft features partial shade, comfortable seating and an alfresco dining option, followed by an extended swim platform and fabulous assortment of water toys. The sky lounge offers direct access to the upper aft deck, with alfresco dining and additional seating.

SAFIRA is a tri deck design and boasts a functional and generous sundeck. The sundeck has partial shade, a complete wet bar, 2 massive sunpads, an alfresco dining area and deluxe Spa Pool tub.

Boasting a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, the superyacht SAFIRA is run by twin Caterpillar 3516 diesel engines. She can reach a maximum speed of 13.5 knots and a cruising speed of 11.1 knots and has an impressive range of 8800nm. Her beam is of 8.55m (28.5ft)), while her maximum draft is of 2.5m (8.2ft). SAFIRA is ABS as well as MCA classed.

Motor yacht SAFIRA has many ecofriendly features to reduce the yachts carbon footprint, from sustainably sourced forest approved woods on the interior and exterior, to specialized glass windows to recycled and renewable decors.
