DREAM 67 Shamlor

Launched in 2012, the 20m sailing yacht DREAM 67 Shamlor is a sporty and stylish highly customised vessel, built by the Italian shipyard Maxi Dolphin. Constructed entirely with Sprint pre preg technology, the DREAM 67 Shamlor yacht is notable for her extreme sturdiness as well as unparalleled lightness.

At the stern, there are two double guest cabins aboard the luxury yacht DREAM 67 Shamlor which share a large bathroom, a master’s cabin with private bathroom and finally, a commander’s cabin at the centre of the hull. The latter is fitted with electronic ship instruments. The large living room and galley are at the stern.

All of the structures and the hull of the interior are in carbon fibre. The Nomex and waterproof plywood furnishing is finished in bleached oak. One interesting automotive design feature are the aerodynamic boards on the sides of the deckhouse, used as a shield for the sun that filters the large lateral windows.

Maxi Dolphin´s DREAM 67 Shamlor yacht is also fitted with a canting keel, a lifting dagger board with adjustable angle of attack, and rotating shaft. For reasons of weight and performance, two retractable hydro generators and a wind turbine blade are installed in the stern.
