MIRASOL

Sailing yacht MIRASOL (ex HEUREKA, YIII or Y3), built by the Dutch shipyard Holland Yachtbouw, is a stunning high-performance sloop that was launched in 2014 and refitted in 2020. The 45-metre Holland Yachtbouw superyacht MIRASOL features an elegant exterior by world-renowned Dixon Yacht Design, while her lovely and spacious interior is by well-known Rhoades Young Design. The 45m Holland Yachtbouw luxury yacht MIRASOL’s special highlights include a fully automatic Bimini and dodger, a double hinging transom door/swim platform, and a telescopic lifting keel. She boasts a beam of 9m/29.5ft and her telescopic keel allows her draught to vary from a maximum of 5.9m/19.3ft down to 3.9m/ 12.8ft. The accommodation provides for a maximum of eight guests across four en-suite cabins, while a crew of six will take care of all the details.

EXTERIOR

Above deck, the helm controls are placed along the stern and the aft of amidships is the cockpit, designed as an indulgent alfresco lounging and dining area where sofas on three sides surround a coffee table, and a retractable hardtop allows the group to choose between sitting in the sunshine or unwinding in the shade. The forward area is left clear for crew operations, and when at anchor the area can be used for sunbathing, observation and exercise such as Pilates.

INTERIOR

The lower deck layout places the majority of the guest accommodation forward, with the crew accommodation in the stern. Aft of the amidships salon there is a spacious and well-equipped galley to port and a study to starboard that converts into the second double en-suite cabin.

The amidships lounge is slightly elevated from the rest of the deck and provides guests with an aft-facing L-shaped sofa along the port wall with an armchair and coffee table to make a comfortable and flexible social area, while starboard there is a forward bar and a formal dining area consisting of a comfortable sofa and plush movable chairs around a raised table.

The Volvo Penta engines produce 552 kW for a top speed of 13 knots, a cruising speed of 12 knots and a range of 3,000 nautical miles.
