FREEBIRD

The 30,2m sailing yacht FREEBIRD (ex Mrs Marietta Cube) is the 13th hull from the successful Southern Wind 100 series launched in 2011. FREEBIRD superyacht is the fourth raised saloon (RS) version and has been designed by world-renowned Farr Yacht Design and Nauta Design. SW 100 RS super yacht FREEBIRD sleeps 8 guests in 4 stunning suites, and was refitted in 2020.

EXTERIOR

Above deck, there is a desirable alfresco lounge and dining area in the cockpit aft of the salon, with the helm controls placed aft to port and starboard for excellent line-of-sight. The stern is fitted with a swim platform, shower and storage for water toys such as snorkelling gear, while the foredeck has been left clear for crew operations, and sunbathing, exercise and observation while at anchor.

INTERIOR

The lower deck layout places the Master suite in the bow and the VIP stateroom forward to port, both of which are accessed through the starboard office/media room. The generous salon amidships places a C-shaped sofa to starboard with a coffee table for casual relaxation, while opposite a forward and port sofa create a comfortable seating area around a raised rectangular table, with four additional seats to complete the setting.

Behind the salon are the two twin cabins, followed by the crew area with the galley, mess, bathrooms and laundry facilities, then the two crew cabins placed around the tender and toys storage in the stern.

A Cummins QSB 5.9 MCD 305 HP engine provides power for windless days and easy manoeuvres out of port.
