PANTHALASSA

SuperYacht PANTHALASSEA (ex Panthalassa) is a wonderful creation of the Norman Foster lead architecture firm Foster + Partners teamed up with the shipbuilder Perini Navi with Naval Architecture by Perini Navi and Ron Holland Design. The 56-metre-long Panthalassea luxury yacht was first revealed in the last months of 2009 at the Perini Navi Shipyard Viareggio, Italy. She is very well maintained, with the last refit in 2023.

The vessel features an aluminium superstructure and her profile is more aerodynamic as opposed to the other yachts of the same series. Materials used in PANTHALASSEA’s construction include teak, saddle leather panels silk rugs and gold and black marble tiles in the shower areas and granite table surfaces.

Panthalassea Ketch accommodates up to 12 guests in six luxurious cabins and also can hold a crew of 10. Accommodation is arranged to provide a range of spaces, from smaller, more private retreats to flexible, open living areas. The deck features a variety of places to relax and an informal outdoor eating area, complemented by a more formal dining space inside.

Her interior is spread over three floors with the fly deck on top, the main cabin below and the guests’ quarters further below. The oval staircase, lined with acrylic rods, brings in daylight as well as connects all the different levels.

The main deck of the Panthalassea sailing boat features a lounge, a bar and a board room, with wonderful views of the water and horizons. Throughout the whole interior immaculate attention has been paid by the designers to penetration of light, lighting and the keeping of the spaces airy and light.

The yacht Panthalassea is powered by two 1239 horsepower Diesel Engines, which allows her to travel at the maximum speed of 15 knots.
