CRU

Classic 29.3m/96.3ft luxury yacht CRU (ex.SERENITY NOW) from Westship was built in 1991 and last refitted in 2019. Her GRP hull and superstructure give a lightweight draft to ensure she can get close to the best beaches while providing excellent stability and fuel efficiency. She features naval architecture and exterior styling from Jack Sarin with interiors from Sally Dills. The accommodation sleeps a maximum of six guests over three spacious en-suite cabins, with a crew of four to provide a first-class service.

EXTERIOR

The main deck aft is furnished with a plush corner sofa to port with an elevated table for alfresco dining and outdoor living. The foredeck has room for a love seat near the bow and a broad sunpad beneath the raised pilothouse.

Up on the flybridge, the helm controls are positioned forward with the central hardtop shading a wet bar and BBQ to port and a corner sofa and raised table opposite. Along the stern, there is room for the tender, which is launched and retrieved safely using a Davit crane.

INTERIOR

The lower deck contains the guest accommodation amidships with the crew accommodation in the bow and the engine room to the aft.

On the main deck, the galley is placed forward and has an L-shaped breakfast table in the forward port corner, with a stairway to the crew accommodation to starboard and plenty of free space to move around. Amidships and aft there is a spacious salon furnished with a forward bar, a grand formal dining area to seat six guests and asymmetrical setting with a sofa and armchair on either side of the room to the aft, and a coffee table and set of covered tables to suit guest use. Table lamps surround the lounge setting in addition to wall sconces and ceiling spotlights for additional brightness or toned down ambience.

Above, the raised pilothouse can be used as an additional lounge where guests can sit and take in the forward views from an air-conditioned interior.

A pair of Caterpillar 3412 diesel engines each producing 1,000 HP creates a top speed of 17 knots, a cruising speed of 14 knots and a range of 1,200 nautical miles.
