PIPE DREAMS (EX VITA, EX CAKEWALK, EX MIA ELISE) is a Trinity motor yacht built in 2003 and refitted in 2007. She is 45.72m (150’) in length and can accommodate up to 12 guests in 5 cabins.

The main salon features hand-crafted American walnut woodwork, inset with matched burl panels, which provides a warm ambiance. The elegant room also features original works of art, personally selected by the owners. Plush sofas are the perfect spot to relax, and with a push of a button, the painting on the forward bulkhead lowers to reveal a 42” Fijitsu Plasma vision flat-screen TV. A grand piano with a self-playing function is great entertainment. The main salon is a bright and open room which is aft of the dining area.

The formal dining area is situated amidships on the main deck and is accessible from the main hallway. With bold contemporary art and a Schonbek Swarovski crystal chandelier along with a polished round table with seating for ten guests comfortably is the perfect place for enjoying a gourmet meal. It can be enclosed by large glass sliding doors and sheer window blinds when docked so you can dine in privacy, or can be left open for sunlight. The room is framed by intricate, hand-carved walnut trim that reflects the impressive attention to detail found throughout the yacht. This room is also the home of three wine refrigerators.
The Main Foyer is accessible from the starboard side of the main level and is complemented by marble flooring and custom wood blinds. It has a day head, coat closet and a spiral staircase that leads to the bridge deck level and the lower level.

PIPE DREAM’S shaded aft deck has an oval dining table and a full-service bar to the port side and access to the bridge deck located on the starboard side. Glass windows built into each side of the superstructure protect guests from the elements. Stairs on both the port and starboard sides take you to the teak Swim Platform at the water’s edge. Here is a great spot to dive into the crystal clear waters or a get platform to enjoy the yachts huge selection of water sports toys.

From the main foyer, there is a spiral staircase leading up to the sky lounge and wheelhouse with a day head located just outside of the sky lounge. The wheelhouse on the Bridge Deck has an office desk area, helm station, navigation equipment, with port and starboard entrance doors, which lead to a small seating area, perfect for taking in the views. Aft of the wheelhouse on the bridge deck is the sky lounge, where there is a full wet bar, refrigerator, wine fridge, sink, and ice-maker. There is a full audio-visual entertainment system with surround sound and a 42” Fijitsu Plasma vision with an Inca Reveal Artwork Lift and Nintendo Play station 3 Console. Large glass doors lead to the shaded bridge aft deck. There is an open dining area with a large round table that seats ten guests, a full-width sofa, and two coffee tables. The bridge deck aft is the access point to the sun deck. Guests can dine will listening to the audio system from the Sky Lounge that has indoor and outdoor speakers.

The sundeck onboard is wonderful. There is a central eight-person Spa Pool tub with large sun pads on each side located forward on the sundeck. Also on this level is a full granite countered bar area with stools, a refrigerator and ice-maker. A teak table offers guests a third dining option for eating al fresco or even from the outdoor grill. There is a day head located in the arch on the sundeck.
