Abeking & Rasmussen is currently working on an exciting new 70-metre superyacht Project 6508 which has just completed the first stage of its building process and was launched onto the water in Poland at the Szczecin Shipyard.

The hull is now on her way to Germany where she will be joined with her superstructure constructed in aluminium, with works to continue according to plans with scheduled delivery which could be in 2020. There is very limited information available about Project 6508 at this stage, as it is quite usual with yachts of this calibre.
Two other projects are currently under construction by Abeking & Rasmussen, including Project 6505 measuring 80 metres with a 12m beam. (See photo)
