The results of the World Yachts Trophies 2017 have been announced on the penultimate day of the Cannes Yachting Festival, and both Azimut and Ferretti Group (Ferretti Yachts, Pershing, Riva, Custom Line) have received numerous accolades for this year’s builds, earning 4 awards and five awards respectively.
Ferretti Group won 5 awards at the World Yachts Trophies 2017, including Best Shipyard
Held at the Carlton Hotel in Cannes, the glamorous evening celebrated the most innovative, high quality, high performance luxury yachts to enter the market over the 2016/2017 period.
The Azimut S7 won Best Yacht Evolution at the World Yachts Trophies 2017
In addition to the 4 awards won by Azimut, they also received a special acknowledgement for their continued attendance from the inaugural Cannes Yachting Festival held 40 years before.
Ferretti Group in particular has much to celebrate, putting in an impressive turnout of 24 models from 8-37 metres in length at the Cannes Yachting Festival and taking Best Shipyard of the Year along with 4 other awards.
