THE BEAST is to be built for superyacht owners Sir Michael and Lady Christine Hill, who have been collaborating with Oceania Interiors and Profab Engineering to design a modern and uncluttered layout throughout the decks.

Interior structures such as the bulkheads, overhead grids and outboard linings are currently being developed in 3D, after which they will be CNC cut for seamless integration. The systems are designed into the joinery to ensure that minimal rework is required on-site.

3D parametric modelling is used to produce each interior piece, which is inserted into a fully modelled structural envelope to ensure a perfect fit before any material is cut.

The delivery date for 495 GRT superyacht THE BEAST is expected within the next two years.
