DAMEN is proud to announce the sale of 55m/181ft FAST & FURIOUS. This amazing support vessel was presented earlier this year at various yachting events, and gained of a lot popularity. The success of the Yacht Support range adds to the shipbuilder’s leadership the support vessel market.
Fast & Furious
DAMEN Product Director Yacht Support, Mark Vermeulen, mentioned that DAMEN found a great opportunity in the market by providing clients with a solution of carrying larger toys and helicopters without a need for having a larger yacht, but instead owning a yacht support vessel.
Fast & Furious is characterised by high performance, speed and reliability. Fast delivery is another key point in purchasing decisions of the clients, which DAMEN successfully delivers.
There are two projects, which are currently under construction at DAMEN shipyard, the 69-metre YS6911, available from Spring 2017, and the 55-metre YS 5009, which is available from Autumn 2017.
