This year, Feadship are bringing exciting news to the show: its 83.50-metre mega yacht Savannah will become an addition to the FLIBS 2016 superyacht fleet.

The fact that one of the world-renowned Headships will be on display at Fort Lauderdale is very thrilling, indeed, as Savannah is a unique superyacht. It is the first hybrid propulsion motor yacht. Her striking exterior design is a work of CG Desing and Feadship De Voogt NA, while Feadship De Voggt Naval Architects were responsible for her innovative naval architecture.
Feadship luxury yacht SAVANNAH represents the first superyacht to feature an eco-friendly blend of single diesel engine, three gensets, batteries, propeller, azimuting thruster, as well as a streamlined hull shape, offering fuel economies of thirty per cent.

Savannah’s metallic-painted coating is another extraordinary feat Feadship’s team is very proud of. In fact, Savannah is the largest object ever to be given a metallic-painted coating. A team of 46 was working extremely long sessions day by day to achieve the extraordinary green-tone coating, which matches the eco-friendly propulsion credentials of the yacht.
Another innovative features are floating superstructure, underwater Nemo lounge, the open aft deck area.
This multi award winning mega yacht won the Motor Yacht of the Yar award at the 2016 World Superyacht Awards, as well as another prestigious awards for Exterior Design and Styling, Interior Layout & Design and Holistic Design.
Savannah will only be available to visit for whose who registered their interest with Feadship, however all show visitors will be able to admire her exterior.
