Construction of the first Oyster 118 is well underway at the Oyster Yachts shipyard in Southampton, UK. To be the largest Oyster ever built by the prestigious British manufacturer, the new 35-metre sailing yacht Oyster 118-01 is due to be launched in Spring 2018.

Following weeks of meticulous preparation, the Oyster 118-01 lay-up of the hull is pressing ahead. First the gel coat and then layers of laminate will be built up over the forthcoming weeks.
