Brooklin Boat Yard is currently working on the construction of the new 22-meter sailing yacht Botin 22, penned by Spanish firm, Botin Partners. Luxury yacht Boting 22 is being built of wood, carbon fiber, foam and epoxy composites. Her construction started in August 2015, with launch scheduled for late Autumn 2016.

Botin 22 yacht will be very similar to plenty of today’s modern racing boats in hull shape as well as sail plan. She will feature extended bow sprit, plumb bow, wide beam running well aft, T-bulb (lifting) keel and twin rudders. Unlike today’s stripped-out racing yachts, the Botin 22 will provide her owner, family and guests with interior accommodation and cruising amenities that will allow them to cruise the world’s oceans in comfort, style and speed.
