The closing of the deal, realized through the subsidiary Bertam LCC, US company, follows the agreement signed last February 5, 2015 with Ferretti Group.
With the closing of the deal, Gavio Group ranks at the top of the international yachting with a portfolio of high level brands such as Baglietto, Cerri Cantieri Navali and finally Bertram that represents an icon of the yachting in United States and in the world.
