The historic tour included the No. 1 Covered Slip, a schedule ancient monument and one of only three remaining covered slips in the country, Kings Hill Gazebo, a memorial built to commemorate George III’s visit to the site in 1789, and the 18th century Ropery which now houses development mock-ups for the new Princess 35M as well as other upcoming Princess models. In contrast to the historic monuments the Club were then given a tour of the impressive superyacht facilities where they were shown the Princess 35m superyacht hull #1 in build and a 40M (example is motor yacht Imperial Princess) in production.
