April 10, 2014, saw the respected Taiwan-based luxury yacht builder, Horizon Group, and Taiwan Audi team together for the amazing launch of the all-new A8 luxury car. Hosted at the Horizon Premier Shipyard, the A8 launch comprised a press conference, acrobatic show, banquet, as well as the display of three A8 luxury sedans.

Horizon, one of the top custom shipyards in the world, and Audi, one of the most internationally well-known car brands, both advocate for the ideal combination of technology and luxury in their products, as exhibited during the launch; the A8’s streamlined design was unveiled against the backdrop of the Horizon E88 (example is superyacht Mechtilda) and E56 motoryachts. VIP guests were also treated to a cruise on board the Horizon EP148 expedition yacht “Polaris” and toured Kaohsiung Harbor as well as visited the new Kaohsiung Exhibition Center, which will host the 2014 Taiwan International Boat Show in May.
