Admiral Tecnomar – Yachting Hub of The Italian Sea Group have achieved further shortlist success in the International Yacht & Aviation Awards 2014 with Zahraa yacht, following their nomination for superyacht Cacos V. Tecnomar Nadara 30 motor yacht Zahraa has been shortlisted for the ‘Power Yacht 25-40 metres’ Award.

The Owner asked for an elegant yacht that was modern, but not too modern, and that was not too classic but which had some really classic elements. He asked to have a really nice, big space inside, and he asked for a lot of comfort especially in the saloon, it’s an area he uses a lot for business. In response to this there is a bar in the forward corner, a really huge seating area and, perhaps crucially, there’s no noise on board.

The brief for comfort took precedence for the client over any other need. Surprisingly spacious outdoor areas for relaxing and conviviality are a main focus of the design.

The key aspects are the cosy and comfortable main saloon featuring a glamorous bar corner in backlit onyx and two modern design leather sofas and a full beam Owner’s cabin.
