The Danish Yachts’ QuadraDeck 40m yacht was launched at the Palm Beach Boat Show on Friday, March 21, 2014.

The Danish Yachts’ QuadraDeck yacht, designed by Dutch trailblazer Cor D Rover, has been created with the American yachtsman in mind.

Besides making use of the QuadraDeck concept (with a cleverly integrated ‘hidden upper-deck’ that separates the bridge and captain’s quarters from the general accommodations), the new 40m luxury yacht QuadraDeck will offer a unique Sky Terrace. Developed and patented by Cor D Rover, the Sky Terrace maximises the top deck area without taking away from the yacht’s good looks.

At the touch of a button, the sides of the upper deck will pivot down and form teak-covered balconies on the port and starboard sides, increasing the top deck area by 40%. Unobstructed views and unexpected extra space will make the top deck an even more favourable place to enjoy the sun and the sea.
