The leading British luxury yacht manufacturer, Pendennis, is sad to lose one of the initial partners, who established the company 25 years ago. David Bentley, who has fulfilled most roles in the company, latterly being responsible for the interior technical as well as project management aspects of all Pendennis yacht projects, has decided to leave at the end of this year to pursue other interests.

To quote David, “I have thoroughly enjoyed the last 25 years at Pendennis, working on some fantastic projects and with an amazing group of people. Pendennis has grown from strength to strength over the years and I have decided that after a quarter of a century it is time for me to explore new horizons and have a break! I look forward to seeing Pendennis continue to develop and provide the industry and employees with another 25 years of world class custom refit and new build activity.”

Managing Director Mike Carr said
, “David has been an invaluable asset to the company and a close colleague and friend to many of us in the shipyard. We all wish him and his wife Corinne well and look forward to keeping in touch. My partner Henk and I would like to say a huge thank you to David on behalf of all of us at Pendennis for his loyal commitment and dedication to the business.”
