Dykstra-designed sailing yacht ADELA wins America’s Cup Superyacht Regatta

The America's Cup Superyacht Regatta 2013 has been won by the majestic superyacht Adela, built by Pendennis to a design by Dykstra Naval Architects. The Showboat award went to the Royal Huisman yacht Athena for her spectacular display during the event.

Dykstra-designed and Pendennis-built sailing yacht “Adela” has become the overall winner of the America’s Cup Superyacht Regatta 2013, hosted by Boat International Media in San Francisco Bay. The Royal Huisman-built and Dykstra-designed mega yacht “Athena” has received the Showboat award for an amazing display, sailing under full canvas during Monday’s race.
