Currently under construction at Sunrise Yachts in Turkey, the 45-metre motor yacht Sunset (hull 182) recently found an owner. Featuring beautiful interior design by Franck Darnet, superyacht Project Sunset is a sistership to the 45-metre luxury yacht “Africa”, launched in 2009.

The role of Franck Darnet Design was to create an interior design that would entice potential purchasers. The studio is pleased that they have been successful, and the Sunset yacht has been bought by an American owner. Construction is continuing at full pace, with a launch date scheduled for Summer 2014.
Whilst retaining Africa superyacht’s interior layout, Franck Darnet Design has totally redesigned the decoration. The basic classic design has been enhanced with modern furnishings, a warm interior, and a light, vibrant, visual equilibrium. As always, the Franck Darnet trademark optimised external vision is there.

Franck Darnet Design is currently working on a draft for the seductive 50m motor yacht JFA 50 with the naval architect Bill Dixon for the JFA shipyard. The studio will be at the Cannes Boat Show, the Monaco Boat Show and the La Rochelle Grand Pavois.
