From the exterior, the first thing that will catch your eye is the large blue surface that is incapsulating the hull. This surface is actually an open-hex solar cell that helps power the Maluhia ecoyacht. Being a diesel hybrid, this solar cell gathers energy to recharge onboard batteries and also help support the other main feature to the Maluhia superyacht concept, the internal open-air courtyard. This area is designed for protected relaxation.

Instead of the decks opening to the exterior, they open inward to this internal courtyard which includes trees, grass, and a water feature. Jonathan wanted to seamlessly connect land based nature to the open ocean.
