Hot and dry outside the hurricane season, temperatures vary from 25°C/77°F in winter and 29°C/84°F during the summer.
The wettest weather typically occurs from August through to December, however this tends to be quick showers followed by sunshine and holidaymakers will continue to book during this period, avoiding the peak hurricane season in October and November.
Clothing to Pack for Your Charter:
Although there is a relaxed dress code in the British Virgin Islands, guests should dress smart-casual to fit in with locals in the towns and at bars and restaurants. When visiting religions sites, shoulders and knees should be covered. Fashion in the area tends towards light clothing with some structure, with accessories on show at the more prestigious ports.

May is recommended as the perfect month to visit because the weather is cooler and less humid and it is outside the hurricane season. To spectate or join in on the area’s many regattas, December through to April is an excellent time to visit.
