Williams Performance Tenders, the world-renowned UK jet tender specialist, was honoured with the coveted Judges’ Special Award at the 2014 Motor Boat Awards. The Awards ceremony took place at the Landmark Hotel in London, on Monday night.
Hosted by Motor Boat & Yachting, Motor Boats Monthly and YBW, and sponsored by Pantaenius, the 2014 Motor Boat Awards were the result of rigorous testing by the magazines’ independent technical experts, with awards judged solely on the boats’ design, ability and value for money in their chosen market place.
Williams’ latest Dieseljet model, the 625, was nominated in the starterboat category following testing last year that praised its ‘electrifying’ performance. Despite missing out on the category award, judges were so impressed that they chose Williams for the honour of the Judges’ Special Award.
