The 135m luxury yacht PROJECT THUNDER, launched last year at Lurssen shipyard, was filmed coming back from her sea trials. She is a highly-secretive project and many details about her remail undisclosed.

Her exterior profile comes from long-term collaborator Espen Oeino, who previously worked with Lurssen on mega yachts Kismet, Solandge and TV. Once delivered in late 2018, PROJECT THUNDER will join the list of the 10 largest yachts in the world.

Although no information about her interiors has been revealed, it is described as “traditional”. The interior and exterior living spaces are enormous and spanned over five decks. One of the remarkable features of her design is the massive windows across three decks, which not only allows plenty of natural light but also provides stunning views.
Lurssen commented that PROJECT THUNDER will be cruising in the waters of Asia when the handover to her over is completed.
