Turkish shipyard Vicem Yachts has successfully delivered the first hull of its 24.9m/82ft custom cold-moulded luxury yacht ALECTO.

Designed for a European Owner, M/Y ALECTO features a classic appearance complete with a wood-panelled interior using mahogany veneers and timeless cream furnishings. A pair of Volvo Penta D13 Diesel engines of 900 HP produced a top speed of 17.8 knots during sea trials and a cruising speed of 15 knots. At an economical 9 knots, M/Y ALECTO is expected to cruise up to 1,100 nautical miles, giving her Owner plenty of scopes to explore the Greek archipelagos, the Balearic Islands and beyond.
