The expansion of Pendennis‘ Falmouth facilities is well underway, with the two new 95m construction halls completed. They are already full, with luxury yacht Malahne, sailing yacht Rebecca, charter yacht Nostromo, as well as superyacht Christopher in for a refit.
Pendennis' Falmouth facilities
The third construction hall will be a double width 45m building. Scheduled for completion in January 2014 the third building will initially be used for the construction of the recently signed 31.3m Dubois sailing yacht.
Early next year work will commence on an adjustable-depth wet basin adjacent to the Falmouth facility, thereby improving Pendennis ability to cater to the yachts on site before and after their refit period in Falmouth.
