An order for the first of two travelift machines – a 100 tonne Cimolai mobile boat hauler (MBH 100) – has been recently placed by New Zealand-based Oceania Marine. This will be followed by a 450 tonne Cimolai mobile boat hauler (MBH 450), expected to be completed in time for the 2016 summer season.

Oceania Marine has recently completed a slipway upgrade at its North Shipyard, located in New Zealand’s Port Whangarei. The new 400 tonne ‘low loader’ has been added, suitable for hauling out large modern sailing yachts, such as the 41m Dubois sloop, which is next in line for slipping.
