Official Superyacht Regatta of the 34th America’s Cup

The 34th America’s Cup will be marked by the first official Superyacht Regatta. To be hosted by San Francisco, the event will run over the three America’s Cup Finals lay days; 9, 11 and 13 September, 2013.

Vitters luxury yacht LADY B to compete again in St. Barths Bucket 2013

A total number of 38 entries have already signed up for the famous St. Barths Bucket that will run next month. One of these is the 45 m Vitters superyacht Lady B, designed by Dubois Naval Architects.

Dubois Naval Architects sign two new sailing yachts for design

The prominent UK-based design firm, Dubois Naval Architects, has recently signed two new sailing yachts for design, comprising a 49m composite sloop as well as a 51m flybridge sloop. The studio is currently working on several other designs, such as the 101m superyacht 380 concept.

Dubois to sponsor the 2013 St Barths Bucket

A total number of 7 luxury vessels, designed by Dubois Naval Architects, have confirmed their participation in the 2013 St. Barths Bucket as of 15 November. These include such spectacular vessels as the 45m Vitters sailing yacht Lady B or the 45m Fitzroy charter yacht Salperton IV. Dubois has also confirmed the sponsorship of this popular race.

Newport Bucket Regatta 2012: Class and overall honors for the 102ft superyacht INDIO by Wally and Frers

The overall winner of the 2012 Newport Bucket Regatta has become the 102ft sailing yacht Indio, designed by German Frers and built by Wally. She has also won in her Gazelles class, while Sejaa yacht took first place in the Mademoiselle class. The next year’s regatta will run from August 23 to 25.

Newport Bucket Regatta 2012 to start tomorrow

The Newport Shipyard is currently preparing for the 10th edition of the Newport Bucket Regatta, kicking off tomorrow. 17 luxury yachts measuring from 72 to 156 feet in length will attend, with the race debut for the 148ft superyacht Lady B by Vitters and Dubois.
