Bellingham Marine and H+K Engineering Group have been honoured with the COPRI’s (Coasts, Oceans, Port, and Rivers Institute) 2013 Project Excellence Award for the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda (YCCS) Marina in the enchanting Caribbean yacht charter location – Virgin Gorda in the BVI.
It has been a resounding success for charter yacht Salperton IV at both the Lora Piana Caribbean Superyacht Regatta in Virgin Gorda as well as the Lora Piana Superyacht Regatta in Sardinia, Italy. This spectacular vessel features beautiful interior design by Adam Lay Studio.
It has been a huge success for the Hoek-designed superyacht Athos at the 2013 Loro Piana Caribbean Superyacht Regatta and Rendezvous. This majestic schooner took second place in its division, as well as received the Spirit of Regatta award.
The final day of the 2013 Loro Piana Caribbean Superyacht Regatta & Rendezvous saw the overall victory of the 45-metre luxury charter yacht Salperton as well as the 22-metre sailing yacht Bolero.
After Day 2 at the 2013 Loro Piana Caribbean Superyacht Regatta & Rendezvous, sailing yacht Cape Arrow took the victory in Division A, while the classic yacht Bolero took the Day Two win in Division B.
The first day of the 2013 Loro Piana Caribbean Superyacht Regatta and Rendezvous saw the victory of luxury charter yachts Salperton and Parsifal III.
Loro Piana is the title sponsor of the “Caribbean Superyacht Regatta and Rendezvous” for the second consecutive year. The 2013 edition will also see the all-new Loro Piana Superyacht Trophy, starting on March 25.
The eagerly awaited Loro Piana Caribbean Superyacht Regatta and Rendezvous 2013 will kick off tomorrow, to be attended by 20 sailing yachts and 7 motor yachts, hosted by the prominent Yacht Club Costa Smeralda in the popular Caribbean yacht charter destination – Virgin Gorda in the British Virgin Islands.
The recently concluded inaugural Rolex Swan Cup Caribbean was a great success. The Class A winner has become the Swan 601 luxury yacht Stark Raving Mad, while the Class B winner was the Swan 42 yacht Arethusa.
Day 3 of the Rolex Swan Cup Caribbean saw the start line antics dictate race leaders. This inaugural Caribbean race, being hosted by the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda, will be concluded tomorrow, with the final prizegiving scheduled for 1700 local time.
Following another day of exciting competing at the inaugural Rolex Swan Cup Caribbean, the Swan 80 superyacht Selene and the Swan 53 yacht Music keep the leading positions in their Classes.
