The prestigious US builder, Viking Yachts, has started working on the all-new 28-metre sportfishing superyacht Viking 92 Covertible. Scheduled for launch in spring 2014, she will comfortably sleep her guests in 6 lovely staterooms, each with its own private head and shower.
The prominent US shipyard, Viking Yachts, is pleased to announce plans to build its newest Viking 75 yacht, developed in collaboration with Michael Peters Yacht Design. Set to be delivered in early autumn 2014, she will have her inaugural appearance at the 2014 Ft. Lauderdale Boat Show.
The building of the splendid Seakeer M26000 equipped superyacht Viking 82 Enclosed Bridge Convertible appeared during the Travel Channel’s new show “Extreme Yachts” on November 18. This magnificent sportfishing vessel comfortably accommodates its guests in 4 well appointed staterooms.
Seakeeper is delighted to present four new Viking yachts, featuring the Seakeeper Gyros. These comprise Viking 76 superyacht, two luxury yachts Viking 82, as well as Viking 55 yacht. The company has also launched its newest and most advanced gyros to date, the latest M26000.
This year´s Miami Boat Show has recorded much stronger overall results than the past several years, with the number of exhibitors and yachts on display both up 9 percent over 2011.
Today marks a special date in the history of the Viking Yacht Company. Founded by brothers Bill and Bob Healey 47 years ago on April 1, 1964, what began as a small, wooden boat building company has developed into the world’s largest privately owned and family operated manufacturer of luxury, high-performance sportfishing convertible yachts.
The Viking display at the Miami Yacht and Brokerage Show featured 14 motor yacht models from 42 to 82 feet and was one of the most visited exhibits with 4,800 registered guests, a 50 percent increase over last year’s totals. Six Vikings were sold, including two 76 Convertible motor yachts, a 70 Convertible, two 60 Convertibles, and a 66 Convertible, a brand new model announced at the show.
Announced at the recent VIP Boat Show Preview in Riviera Beach, Florida last week, Viking Yachts are pleased to share sneak renderings of the new Viking 66 Convertible, which will premiere at the 2011 Ft. Lauderdale Boat Show in October.
At the Viking plant during the last month of 2010 sea trials continue on a regular basis for a 82 Enclosed Bridge Convertible, a Viking 76 Convertible gets prepared for a four-color boot stripe along its waterline and a new 70 Convertible is prepped for delivery.
