Auckland will again be a stopover for Volvo Ocean Race in 2015 as well as 2018, as proudly confirmed by Waterfront Auckland. The waterfront hosted almost 300,000 visitors during the last stopover in March 2012.
The Super Yacht Berth users at the Auckland’s Viaduct Marina will be able to go online for free from next week. This beautiful superyacht marina provides 50 luxurious berths between 20m to 60m.
Auckland’s Viaduct Marina has recently launched a new website. Owned and operated by Waterfront Auckland, this fabulous superyacht marina boasts 50 berths for yachts measuring from 20 to 50 meters in LOA.
The dates for the 4th High Performance Yacht Design conference have been confirmed and will run from the 12-14 March 2012. This will take place in Auckland, New Zealand during the Volvo Ocean Race stopover. The boats arrive on 8 March and depart on 18 March. The conference venue will be in the heart of the Viaduct Basin in the purpose built Marine Events centre.
