The upcoming CWM FX London Boat Show 2015 will be attended by Sir Ben Ainslie and his Ben Ainslie Racing (BAR) team, joining the 400 boats on display at the Show.
The London Yacht, Jet & Prestige Car Show 2015 will run from April 8 – 10, hosting such world-renowned superyacht builders as Nobiskrug, Lurssen, Abeking & Rasmussen and many others. St. Katharine Docks has been announced as a major new venue for the event.
Created by the prominent UK superyacht manufacturer Pendennis, the J.P.Morgan Media Centre at Lord’s Cricket Ground celebrates its 15th anniversary this year. To mark the 15th anniversary of the completion of this ground-breaking project, Pendennis organised a ‘superyacht cricket’ match at Lord’s Cricket Ground.
As of January 1, 2015, Phil Popham will join the prestigious British luxury yacht manufacturer, Sunseeker International as Chief Executive Officer.
The America’s Cup World Series, the preliminary race series of the 35th America’s Cup, will be hosted by Portsmouth, a city on the south coast of the UK over the next two years.
The next London Boat Show will feature an impressive line-up of luxury vessels by Sunseeker, including Sunseeker 75 Yacht, Sunseeker 86 Yacht, as well as Sunseeker 28 Metre Yacht.
Sunseeker London hosted a special pre-Christmas party on November 19, 2014. This marked the opening of the new Sunseeker offices on Davies Street, and also paid homage to the new Sunseeker yacht models, due for launch next year.
CWM FX has become the official title sponsor of the London Boat Show. The 2015 Show will become known as the ‘CWM FX London Boat Show’.
This winter will see the well known UK shipyard, Princess Yachts, exhibit more than 25 boats across four boat shows, including the show debut of luxury motor yacht S72 at the 2015 London Boat Show.
Hugues Jacquin has become a new Chief Financial Officer at Sunseeker International. Sunny Thakrar, previously Group Finance Director, will now focus on his principal role as Group Executive Director.
It has been a very successful Monaco Yacht Show 2014 for the prominent UK design firm of Claydon Reeves. The models of their superyacht Project Chuan as well as mega yacht Project Caspian were displayed during the event.
The recipient of the MIA Bellingham International Scholarship, David Osmond, Marina Manager at d’Albora Marinas PIER 35 and Victoria Harbour, has successfully concluded the Advanced Marina Management (AMM) course, conducted by the British Marine Federation (BMF) on the South Coast of England.
