Cowes Harbour Commission (CHC) is currently concentrating on the recovery of the Nordhavn 76 motor yacht Kahu, destroyed by a devastating fire, which resulted in the vessel foundering on Tuesday night, 5 November, 2013.

The Portuguese design studio, Casa do Passadico, has been shortlisted for the 2014 International Yacht & Aviation Awards (IY&A Awards) for their Yacht 88 project. The vessel’s interiors are well balanced and feature a charmed warmth, as well as uncomplicated neutrality.
Replica of sailing yacht Britannia, the 52m classic superyacht K1 Britannia was successfully lifted from her cradle at Venture Quays in Cowes, UK, and moved to Hythe to be finished.
MDL Marinas has presented the Ocean Youth Trust South with a cheque for £60,000. The donation will go towards the build of a new training vessel.

Sold by Sunseeker London, the first Sunseeker 101 Sport Yacht is currently under construction at the Sunseeker International shipyard. She is due to be launched in February 2014, with delivery scheduled for May 2014.
