The highly innovative and popular Flyboard superyacht toy was displayed at the very first Qatar International Boat Show 2013, which took place last week.
The very first Qatar International Boat Show has proudly hosted the Minister of Economy and Commerce, H.E. Sheikh Ahmed bin Jassim bin Mohamed al-Thani. He visited a number of stands and spoke to representatives of some of the Qatari shipyards.
The British Ambassador to Qatar, Nicholas Hopton, turned up with some of his family on the second day of the currently running Qatar International Boat Show (QIBS) 2013. He visited the stands of two important UK luxury yacht builders, exhibiting at the event: Princess Yachts and Sunseeker.
The currently running Qatar International Boat Show 2013 boasts the breath-taking Mangusta 165 superyacht Sharq, built by Overmarine in Italy to a design by Stefano Righini.

Ferretti Group will be attending this year’s very first Qatar International Boat Show, set to start today, on November 12. The Group, represented by its European dealer Ventura, in association with its Qatari partner Gulf Yachts, will be displaying such jewels as the new Ferretti 960 yacht.
Exhibitors have already started to register for the 2014 Qatar International Boat Show, with this year’s show set to kick off tomorrow, on November 12. The largest contingent to be present at the 2013 event will be from Italy.
Set to run from November 12 to 16, the inaugural Qatar International Boat Show 2013 will be attended by Sunreef Yachts from Poland, expected to unveil some further details of its new projects: the 90 Sunreef Power yacht, as well as the 210 Power Trimaran superyacht.
Set to be held from November 12 to 16, this year’s first edition of the Qatar International Boat Show is fully supported by the Italian Ambassador to Qatar, Guido De Sanctis. Italy will be well represented at the event, including such important luxury yacht builders as Benetti, Ferretti Group, Azimut, Sanlorenzo, and many others.
