With the opening of the IMS 700 site, IMS has become the largest yacht repair shipyard in the Mediterranean. The 43,25m Heesen charter yacht Sister Act (ex Sedation, New Century) was the first yacht to be hauled out the water by the new travel lift on the IMS 700 site, designed to house yachts from 20 to 80 metres in LOA.

Memorandum of understanding have been signed between Monaco Marine, Ports Toulon Provence and the Var Region Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI du Var) for the redevelopment of the Bois Sacré site. A dedicated zone for catamarans, the first in the Mediterranean region, will be created.
