Fourth Moonen 97 Motor yacht ready to be launched by Moonen Yachts

Moonen Shipyards in the Netherlands is close to completing and lunching the fourth yacht in its much admired range of Moonen 97 steel-hulled displacement motor yachts. With sister ship motor yacht Livia being a finalist in the upcoming World Superyacht Awards, the yard is confident that a buyer will be found for the new Moonen 97 yacht by the time she is launched ahead of the sailing season.

Glass Design for Superyachts by Azure Yacht Design & Naval Architecture

Due to an increasing demand for larger beach clubs, more natural light and a greater connection with the marine environment, Azure Yacht Design & Naval Architecture began a project last year to investigate the use of larger glass areas. Largest Moonen extends to 42m – The Moonen 137 motor yacht

Moonen Shipyards in the Netherlands has announced that its largest project to date, which was originally slated to be a Moonen 133 (133 feet in length), has been extended by a further four feet to become a Moonen 137. The fully customised 42 metre Moonen will now carry a submarine that is capable of seating three passengers instead of the originally specified two.
