The Avanti Ocean Group, consisting of private investor Geoff Bond and third-generation Lazzara family members Joe and Steve Lazzara, has purchased the assets of US luxury yacht manufacturer Lazzara Yachts. This includes the intellectual property of the company as well as the yacht moulds.
