The highly anticipated Dubai International Boat Show has officially opened today, on March 4. Two of the largest vessels on display are the 88,5m Oceanco mega yacht NIRVANA and the 88m Lurssen superyacht QUATTROELLE.

The highly anticipated Dubai International Boat Show 2014 will feature the show’s largest ever superyacht, along with 42 global and regional yacht premieres and 750 exhibiting companies and brands. The event will take place at the Dubai International Marine Club – Mina Seyahi, running from March 4 to 8.
The Dubai International Boat Show offers lucrative platform for superyacht builders as Middle East is firmly established as a leading global superyacht destination. The event will once again feature the Superyacht Builders Association (SYBAss) Pavilion.
The upcoming Dubai International Boat Show will be hosting the leading international as well as UAE-based luxury yacht builders. The maritime industry saw USD170-220 million in investment in 2013, with the World Expo 2020 driving international interest for leisure crafts.
Set to run from March 4 to 8, this year’s 22nd edition of Dubai International Boat Show will display 30 large luxury superyachts exceeding 21 metres in length, including the largest yacht in the history of the event.
The next year’s Singapore Yacht Show will be hosting plenty of new exhibitors, including the world-renowned New Zealand-based luxury yacht builder, Alloy Yachts.
The Superyacht Builders Association (SYBAss) has achieved the full consultative status at the International Maritime Organization (IMO).
The General Assembly unanimously re-elected the Superyacht Builders Association (SYBAss) board in Monaco on September 24, 2013. SYBAss will embark on the new business-to-consumer strategy.
