The Future of Superyachts, the 6th Annual Conference takes place in Palma just before the Superyacht Cup, on the 20th and 21st June 2011 and will bring together an elite group of industry leaders for networking and debate.
Staged just before the Superyacht Cup in Palma, The Future of Superyachts regularly attracts an elite audience of superyacht builders, designers, managers, brokers, financiers, owners` representatives and other senior industry figures, for 2 days of networking and debate.
With only one week to go until the Palma regatta, yachts are arriving and making preparations for owners and guests. The entry list currently stands at 24 yachts and includes some of the most spectacular superyachts in the world. The Superyacht Cup dock on Muelle Viejo will be full, accommodating 18 of the yachts with six others moored in adjacent marinas close to the action in the race village.
A new development for this year is the appointment of a professional Race Officer, Premiere Racings founder, Peter Craig from Marblehead, USA. Peter has a huge wealth of experience with top-level international regattas, including the Bucket Regattas and the Perini Navi Cup, the Maxi Rolex World Cup, the Swan World Championships and the Volvo Ocean Race.
