It was a great success for the 27m sailing yacht Bequia, designed by Stephens Waring Yacht Design as their first superyacht, at the 2012 Pendennis Cup. A traditionally constructed yawl, this spendid vessel is now expected to cruise in Sweden and Mallorca, before starting a summer season of racing next year.
Stephens Waring Yacht Design announced the sponsorship of the Penobscot Bay Rendezvous to be held from 16th to 19th May, 2012.
