IGY Marinas has announced that the US Superyacht Association’s two-day Captains’ Briefing will be hosted by the fabulous superyacht marina, The Yacht Club at Isle de Sol, in St. Maarten, from January 16th to 17th.
The St. Maarten Harbour Group of Companies has agreed to welcome the A Class tall ship Christian Radich when it visits St. Maarten in January. This beautiful Norwegian full rigged three-masted steel hull was originally constructed in 1937 and is able to comfortably accommodate 88 guests and 18 crew.
The Palapa Marina is a beautiful superyacht marina, located in Simpson bay Lagoon, in the west of the island of St Martin in the Caribbean. It comfortably accommodates 22 superyachts measuring up to 250ft in LOA. Another Caribbean island, Curacao, will boast the new Palapa Beach Resort, featuring a five-star hotel, an exclusive mega yacht marina as well as casino.
IGY’s Yacht Haven Grande in St. Thomas, the Rodney Bay Marina in St. Lucia, as well as the Yacht Club Isle de Sol in St. Maarten have been all awarded with 5 Gold Anchors each. Received by Yacht Harbour Association (TYHA), all of these superyacht marinas make part of the IGY Yacht Haven Grande Collection.
Situated in the popular Caribbean yacht charter destinations – St. Thomas, St. Lucia and St. Martin – three fabulous superyacht marinas, including Yacht Haven Grande, Rodney Bay Marina as well as The Yacht Club at Isle de Sol have been awarded the ICOMIA Clean Marina Award. All of these belong to IGY Marinas.
