J Class charter yacht Endeavour by the New Zealand company Yachting Developments, is the winner of the first day’s race in the 2012 St Barths Bucket Regatta in the Caribbean.
J Class Yachts have a special place in yachting lore, which still resonates today thanks to the efforts both some dedicated yacht owners and the J Class Association which since 2000 has worked tirelessly to bring these floating legends back to life.
Perini Navi participates at this year´s St. Barths Bucket Regatta, represented by 10 fabulous vessels, including Andromeda la Dea, Antara, Baracuda, Clan VIII, Fidelis, Helios, Panthalassa, Parsifall III, Zenji and P2.
Doyle Sailmakers will once again sponsor the 2012 St Barths Bucket Regatta, held from March 22 to 25. Caribbean Regattas 2012, namely the Loro Piana Caribbean Superyacht Regatta & Rendezvous, running these days (March 14-17) and the St. Barths Bucket Regatta, taking place from March 22 to 25, are to be attended by Fitzroy built Superyachts, such as the 49.7m sailing yacht Zefira or the 38.9m charter yacht Ganesha (ex Zulu) and many others.
3rd Les Voiles des St.Barth yacht race will bring together the beauty of the competing yachts with the passion of their owners. This popular race is held from April 2 to 7, 2012.

The 46m Ron Holland ketch, Sailing yacht Christopher took to the waters of Falmouth Bay for her final sea trials in mid February. It was a stunning winter’s day as the yacht manoeuvred around the Carrick Roads and out into Falmouth Bay, the sunlit waves reflected beautifully on her dark blue hull. The four hour sail trials enabled the Pendennis team and Christopher crew to assess her rig in preparation for the St Barths Bucket Regatta.
Pendennis announces, that the Ron Holland designed sailing ketch Christopher is nearing her construction and will be ready to sail in March 2011 during the St Barths Bucket Regatta.
