The overall winner of this year’s Loro Piana Superyacht Regatta has become the luxury charter yacht Salperton IV. She was followed by the 50m Fitzroy superyacht Zefira and the Southern Wind 100 yacht Cape Arrow, respectively.
Day 2 of the currently running Loro Piana Superyacht Regatta saw the victory of luxury yacht My Song, charter yacht Salperton, as well as Bequia yacht.
First day of racing at the currently running Loro Piana Superyacht Regatta was marked by the victory of the 25-metre sailing yacht My Song, the 24m Starck-styled yacht Virtuelle, as well as Bequia yacht.
Two spectacular vessels built by Southern Wind Shipyard will be racing in this year’s Loro Piana Superyacht Regatta: the SW94 sailing yacht Windfall and the SW100 superyacht Cape Arrow. The event will run in the lovely Italian yacht charter location – Sardinia’s Porto Cervo, from June 4 to 8, 2013.
Both set to run next month, the upcoming Dubois Cup as well as Loro Piana Superyacht Regatta will be attended by over 35 spectacular yachts, to be hosted by the prominent Yacht Club Costa Smeralda, based in the popular Italian yacht destination – Sardinia.
Southern Wind Shipyard has delivered the SW102DS yacht Hevea, with naval architecture by Farr Yacht Design and design by Nauta Yachts.
After Day 2 at the 2013 Loro Piana Caribbean Superyacht Regatta & Rendezvous, sailing yacht Cape Arrow took the victory in Division A, while the classic yacht Bolero took the Day Two win in Division B.
The first day of the 2013 Loro Piana Caribbean Superyacht Regatta and Rendezvous saw the victory of luxury charter yachts Salperton and Parsifal III.
Loro Piana is the title sponsor of the “Caribbean Superyacht Regatta and Rendezvous” for the second consecutive year. The 2013 edition will also see the all-new Loro Piana Superyacht Trophy, starting on March 25.
The eagerly awaited Loro Piana Caribbean Superyacht Regatta and Rendezvous 2013 will kick off tomorrow, to be attended by 20 sailing yachts and 7 motor yachts, hosted by the prominent Yacht Club Costa Smeralda in the popular Caribbean yacht charter destination – Virgin Gorda in the British Virgin Islands.
Built by the prestigious South African manufacturer Southern Wind in 2012, the beautiful SW 94 superyacht Windfall has recently ended her first 5-week voyage from Cape Town to Genoa in Italy.
