This year’s 62nd Giraglia Rolex Cup is set to kick off tomorrow, on June 13, hosting an impressive number of 242 yachts. These will include such outstanding vessels as the Swan 90 charter yacht Solleone.
A record number of 60 yachts attended the recently concluded 6th edition of the RORC Caribbean 600. The overall winner of this year’s regatta has become George Sakellaris’ RP72 sailing yacht Shockwave.

Day Four of the 2014 RORC Caribbean 600 saw 17 yachts complete the race. In the Superyacht Class, luxury yacht Adela won the last leg to take Line Honours and she takes the win on corrected time.
Hap Fauth’s JV72 yacht Bella Mente has claimed the Monohull Line Honours for the 2014 Rorc Caribbean 600, followed by superyacht Rambler 90 and sailing yacht Shockwave, respectively.
At 0700 on Day Three of the currently running RORC Caribbean 600, Hap Fauth’s sailing yacht Bella Mente, George David’s superyacht Rambler and George Sakellaris’ luxury yacht Shockwave were approaching the last island of the course in the closest finish ever for the regatta.
George David’s superyacht Rambler 90 is currently leading at the 2014 RORC Caribbean 600 regatta, with a four-mile advantage on the water from Hap Fauth’s JV72 luxury yacht Bella Mente.

The eagerly awaited RORC Caribbean 600 will start on Monday, February 24, 2014, hosting a record number of 65 yachts. The largest vessel to compete will be the 203ft mega yacht ATHOS, designed by Hoek.

The winners of Racing Day 5 of the currently running Maxi Yacht Rolex Cup were: sailing yacht Rán 2 in the Mini Maxi Rolex World Championship; superyacht Rainbow in J-Class; luxury yacht Aegir in Maxi Racing; sailing yacht Altair in Maxi Racing/Cruising; superyacht Firefly in Supermaxi; and, J-One yacht in Wally.
