The Seatrade Middle East Maritime 2014 has been officially open by H.E. Sultan Bin Sulayem, Chairman of Dubai Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation and President of Dubai Maritime City Authority (DMCA) today, on October 28, 2014.
