Sanlorenzo improves his ranking to the 3rd place in the American magazine Showboats International annual world builders superyacht classification (yachts over 80 feet, 24 meters), called the Global Order Book, based on the planned number of orders and constructions for every shipyard and the summed lengths of the yachts.
Dubai International Boat Show will be hosting the biggest cluster of Superyacht Builders Association (SYBAss) members in the show’s history. Amels, Benetti, Burger Boat Company, B.V., Fincantieri, Heesen Yachts, Lürssen, Oceanco, Sanlorenzo and Trinity Yachts have all confirmed their participation.
Sanlorenzo, builder of a motor yacht fleet ranging between 62’ and 108’ and a superyacht fleet up to 200’, with facilities in Ameglia (La Spezia, Italy) and Viareggio (Italy), signed a commercial agreement with Rodriguez Group, to sell exclusively in the France and Monaco all the Ameglia built fleet, composed by six motoryachts and the Viareggio built fleet, composed by four superyachts

Sanlorenzo is in the superyachts’ elite. The Italian Shipyard holds membership of SYBAss (Superyacht Builder Association), the association which reunites the historical and most prestigious shipyards.
Sanlorenzo has signed an agreement with Boffi to furnish its yachts with Boffi kitchens and in the future with bathroom elements too. The first prototype has already been launched on the 2010 Sanlorenzo SL100 New flying bridge motor yacht.
At the 20th Monaco Yacht Show, Massimo Perotti, President of Sanlorenzo for the Ameglia boatyard rehabilitation project was awarded the first “La Belle Classe Environment” Prize by Bernard d’Alessandri, Secretary General of the Yacht Club de Monaco.
While the main European and American Groups were showing 30-40%turnover reduction, Sanlorenzo was able to limit its turnover reduction in a small -9%, corresponding to €181 million turnover with €17 million Ebitda, compared to 2008 €198 million turnover with €24 million Ebitda.
Sanlorenzo’s first steel megayacht, the 46 Steel super yacht Lammouche is a 46 metre, three deck displacement hull yacht, with a semi-wide body, with high tensile steel hull and 5083 aluminium superstructure. Motor yacht Lammouche was launched in February 2010 and introduced to the international press and industry professionals at the 2010 Monaco Yacht Show.
Hull number 109, the latest Alloy 40 is in build at the Sanlorenzo yard. She will be the 6th hull in the yards Alloy 40 superyacht series. Sanlorenzo launched of Superyacht Lena, the 5th hull of the 40 Alloy series in July and the 4th 40 Alloy series Superyacht Claudia in April.
Superyacht Lena, the 5th hull of the 40 Alloy series by San Lorenzo has been launched. M/Y Lena is a fast aluminium superyacht with a planning hull built at the Sanlorenzo Shipyard in Viareggio.
