Each of the America’s Cup World Series regattas in San Francisco in August as well as October 2012 has been certified at the Platinum level by Sailors for the Sea.
BVI Spring Regatta and Sailing Festival, known for their green initiatives is aiming for the Gold Certificate in the Sailors of the Sea Clean Regatta Programme by creating stunning awards made of recycled glass from the 2011 event.
